EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST The Newfoundland and Labrador Major Midget Hockey League (NLMMHL) is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified groups wishing to operate a major midget franchise in the Central Region. Bid requirements can be found on the League website under League Info – MMConV8 – Rule 8. The deadline for EOI submissions is 5:00pm, February 22, 2019. Interested applicants will be expected to participate in a conference call with the League Executive to discuss the EOI requirements.
