Four Blizzard Players Named in QMJHL Draft Rankings

QMJHL Scouting Central recently released its final prospect rankings ahead of this summer's Entry Draft. The list includes four East Coast Blizzard players from the 2021/2022 roster.

2005 born Ryan Loveless is the highest ranked Blizzard player, predicted to be selected in Rounds 9 - 12. Loveless is a dynamic goal scorer with great offensive instincts. He led the Blizzard in scoring last season scoring a team leading 23 goals and 43 points across 32 games.

Goaltender Sean Hogan had a fantastic rookie season in between the pipes for the Blizzard. 2006 born, Hogan is ranked in Rounds 13+. Hogan went 7-6-2 over the season posting a 3.40 GAA and an 0.897 Save Percentage. Hogan is committed to play prep school hockey next season with Rothesay Netherwood school in New Brunswick.

Liam Noble is another 2006 born Blizzard player ranked in Rounds 13+. As a rookie, the 6'1" 185 pound Noble centred what became the Blizzard's top line over the course of the season, scoring 11 goals and 21 assists for 32 points, good for third in team scoring.

And Kyle Tucker demonstrated his speed many times over the course of the season. The 2006 born winger is also ranked in Rounds 13+. Tucker finished sixth in team scoring with 11 goals and 13 assists. Tucker also finished the season with just two penalty minutes.

The 2022 QMJHL Draft will be held virtually on July 4 and 5th.
